Organizational Development

"Managers as Leaders and Coaches.  I thought this was an excellent training, something I can use in every area of my life. What I liked was learning how important it is to find the positive in every situation.  Also learning to respond to others in a non-judgmental way and truly listening to others.  I have a lot of practicing to do to get it right, but I'm sure I will learn a lot along the way.
